The Image Computing Systems Laboratory of the University of Washington is pleased to announce the one-day UWICL TMS320C80 Developers' conference on September 15 1995. The Conference will be held on the beautiful campus of the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. Since 1990, we have been accumulating extensive experie> ity of Washington Image Computing Library (UWICL) with a set of efficient and flexible library of core image computing routines for the Texas Instruments (TI) TMS320C80 Multimedia video Processor (MVP). The first release of the library in April 1995 included about sixty highly-optimized routines ranging from co> ly we are actively expanding, upgrading and supporting the library to facilitate the widespread use of the C80.
We have been distributing and supporting the UWICL via the consortium set up by the University of Washingto> gton. This one-day C80 Developers' Conference is open to programmers and engineers from non member companies as wel>
